Živilė has spent many years studying various paths of the spiritual. Her first try at self-discovery was a DFB -differenced functional states method course, a contemporary approach towards meditation. Then yoga soon followed, culminating in a 200 hours-long instructor course at “Shiva Yoga Peeth” school in Rishikesh, India, where she was certified as a multi-style Hatha, Ashtanga & Vinyasa yoga teacher.
She discovered Vipassana in 2015 with the astounding teacher Anthony Markwell and continued with many Vipassana courses in Southeastern Asia and Lithuania, including living for three months in a Buddist monastery.
But that was not the end of her thirst for knowledge and self-observation. Being already familiar with sound healing as a participant in many ceremonies, she decided to go deeper and start learning the art from Kat Bumbul, London based tutor, founder of “Sound Mysterium.”
And last but not least comes her knowledge of Theta healing, a meditation technique, and spiritual philosophy.
The most recent of her endeavors is jewelry making, which joins lava stone, Baltic amber, and a variety of other carefully selected materials into the handcrafted malas, necklaces, and other long-lasting meaningful accessories.
